1. DescriptionWe provide a complete range of bearings, in line with the market-oriented principle, the production of a variety of standard and non-standard bearings.
Taper roller bearing can be submitted to the combined load from both radial and axial, axial load capacity is depending on the contact angle, more contact area more axial load capacity.
Taper roller bearing can be separated by single row, double rows and four rows, the clearance of single row taper roller bearing have to be adjusted by the customer during mounting, and the clearance of double rows and four rows bearings can be specified by customer and do not need adjustment by customer. Taper roller bearing is apply of auto mobile, milling, mining metallurgy and plastic segments.2. Installation of Taper roller bearingAdjusting the axial clearance For the installation of the tapered roller bearing, the axial clearance can be adjusted by the adjusting nut on the journal, the adjusting washer and the thread in the bearing seat hole, or by means of a preloaded spring. The size of the axial clearance is related to the arrangement of the bearing during installation, the distance between the bearings, and the material of the shaft and the bearing seat, which can be determined according to the working conditions.
For tapered roller bearings with high load and high speed, when adjusting the clearance, the influence of temperature rise on the axial clearance must be considered, and the clearance reduction caused by temperature rise must be estimated, that is, the axial clearance To be appropriately adjusted to be larger.
For bearings with low speed and vibration, they should be installed without clearance, or installed with preload. The purpose is to make the rollers and raceways of tapered roller bearings have good contact, distribute the load evenly, and prevent the rollers and raceways from being damaged by vibration and impact. A7: 30% T/T after signing the contract and 70% balance before delivery.
